Sales Tax
We are required to charge 6% sales tax for purchases made in PA.

Returns
All sales are final.  Returns will be accepted within 7 days for exchanges or credit. (Sorry I cannot refund for shipping.)

Placing an Order
When you choose to place an order with us, we will need some specific information like your full name, shipping address, billing address, billing information, and e-mail address. Your shipping address is in no way stored upon entry, and we will have no record of it if you choose not to purchase.  This information is used to make your shopping experience with us as smooth and pleasant as possible. We do not share this information with any party for any reason.

If you feel uncomfortable entering your information online, please call us and we will take your order over the phone. If you get our voice mail please leave a message with a convenient time to call back and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Payment Processing
Processing of your order will usually take about 3-5 business days at most, which allows time for your payment to clear and your package to be prepared for shipment.  Please know that orders placed near or on the weekend may take slightly longer to process.
